No special hardware or software is required to use this service. You only need Internet access and your browser.
Can I schedule a payment in advance?
Not at this time but we are working to make this possible in the future.
Can I cancel a payment?
No, not at this time, please ensure your information is accurate before submitting your transaction.
Can I make partial payments online or pay more than the amount due?
Yes. You may pay any amount you wish toward you credit union loan. See terms and conditions on the Make a Payment page.
Is there a charge for using the online payment service?
No, there is no charge for using this service
Can I use my debit card to make a payment?
Yes, as long as it has a Visa or MasterCard logo.
How long will it take my payment to post to my account?
Payments will be posted to your account within 3-5 business days.
What type of payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, debit cards and prepaid credit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo and you may use your checking or savings account.
